Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
I am glad about this website and i am glad to be the first one to post on this forum. I think Sarbat.net is something really important that we all needed and anticipated. I hope everybody will enjoy the advantages of this site and it will help LGBT Sikh people to become at least a virtual community. There are many questions and issues thousands of LGBT Sikh people dealing with day by day all around the globe so i hope this website is going to encourage and empover us to get over the struggles. According to my personal intentions i wish all of us to find happiness in a wonderful life partner with the help of Sarbat.net God bless the founder of Sarbat.net!

Sar Sri Akal!
Congratulations on this set up. Great to see. I liked the two articles - well thought through, honest, humble and wise.
I'll let my friends know about this and I hope you all will too.
Here's to more Sikh and South Asian queer visibility!
Sar Sri Akal.

Hi everyone, its great to have a website like this, as its a place where we can discuss topics that are close to our hearts. Its good to have a website like this as it can help other people with their issues and make other people feel like that they are not the only one who are gay. There are alot of people who need support as they shouldn't be left feeling alone with being gay. i think this site is encouring being gay, and there is no place in sikhi for this. in steh guru granth sahib it says to raise a family with a women. it is unnatural to be homosexual. and this site is wrong for encouring this

I apologise for not regulating the website properly. The poster has now been banned from the forum and his profile has been deleted.
However, that does not condone the use of foul language on this site either. Just because a person has an objectionable point of view, it does not mean that one should steep to his or her level and respond in such a manner.
Again, sincerest apologies for this lapse.

this is an excellent web community. Maybe a matrimonial section could also be created at some point? ProjectNaad Group www.ProjectNaad.com

no one can specify a specific age for anyone because we are all different. But these days most people will complete their education, find a job and then look to get married.
being ready physically, emotionally and spiritually is good to have as a pre-requisite for marriage as it wil enable you to handle more things when there is two of you.
The hardest thing for any couple is problem resolution and that is where the Sikh principle of giving up ego and approaching a situation with humility will help.
