I'm all for it ... I think that if you are limiting yourself to your own culture / religion / community etc that probably mean you are overlooking some very special men out there ...
At the end of the day, I believe people are people some of which you are attracted to and some you are not ... what makes us the same is far more important to me, than what makes us different ...

I agree with you but i would not date someone just to try something exotic as many gays do. Than they claim: "I have been with a black one, a jewish one, an italian one, but i haven't tried an arab one yet." For me this is disgusting.

I agree there is nothing wrong with interracial dating... however I do think there is a stigma if someone is primairly attracted to one ethnic group that is not their own and they are regarded as fetishest, yet those who are attracted to only their own ethnic group do not raise any eyelids. Personally for me the person's value system is first and foremost then I can get into nitty gritty, but personally I am not that fussy in terms of looks, ethnicity is an important factor to me I must confess.

"ethnicity is an important factor to me"
In what sense you mean?

It's interesting because as a Sikh community we've yet to overcome the taboo of inter-caste dating/marriage let alone inter-race.
