Sikhism doesn't believe in the existence of the Devil, nor does it believe in Heaven and Hell. This life can be 'heaven' or 'hell' depending on how you live it, and after you die, you are either reincarnated or are released from any existence by becoming at one with the universe.
As for the existence of God, that is not something that Sikhism is ever clear about. Ik onkar can be translated in many different ways, and it doesn't necessarily mean 'there is one God'. Some have interpreted it to mean that 'there is just one creation' or 'one reality'. When refering to the Hindu gods in the Guru Granth Sahib, one reference states that creation came before Brahma (the Hindu god from whom all other gods derive their existence) - p.929 of the Guru Granth Sahib.
The concept of there being no God, but there only being 'creation' as the ultimate guru (waheguru) is something which is has not been explored fully within the Sikh faith.
My personal view is that 'waheguru' is creation in itself, and that every living thing is alive because it contains 'Onkar' or the spirit of creation.

Has it never crossed your mind what if? I know what your saying but there are so many evil people in this world. When they die... where do you think they are going?

sikhs believe in a being called maya- maya is not the devil, but an entity that will make you forget and put you in an illusion. e.g when drunk on alcohol you may think right is left and forget that god is noting your thoughts. hence intoxication is a form of maya. god created maya, maya had 3 sons- shiva bhrama and mahesh - these 3 sons created the universe and everythink in it, while maya plays in this creation. Hindus worship these entities, and therefore are indirectly worshipping maya. but sikhs do not worship maya, but only recognises waheguru (god) as the real creator, and hence objectivley dismiss superstitions and seek the truth evil does not exist as it is manifested by humans, by breaking rules. lust is a form of maya- to allways think about sexual orientation and about getting laid is actually a sin, as the mind should only be obsessed with serving people and thinking about god. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_(illusion)#Maya_in_Sikhismsikhism says you can only be a spritual warrior if you can control your own mind-

According to Hinduism Shiva, Brahma etc are Devas and according to Zoroastrianism [for example] Devas are imperfect like human beings and subject to the same delusions and illusions - though maybe not to the same extreme degree - similar to the Abrahamic Angel.
In reply to the OP, though I personaly do not believe in a specific totaly Evil entity, however there is no reason not to believe in more 'powerful' spiritual beings such as 'angels' that have chosen to be subjects of Maya rather than Samâpatti .

Of course the Devil exists! Haven't you guys read your bible?! Satan cometh...
D'Oh - I forgot I'm Sikh, and I'm pretty sure when I took out my subscription, the T&Cs said that there is no hell or devil... I'm just destined to live another 8.4 million lives before I attain salvation if I mess up in this one...
...Sarah Palin has Devil-esque personality traits though (A)

Sikhs have a concept of hell and heaven. "who makes the rules" as asked by Jazzy - evil does exist , but is done by humans. therefore what does a devil do ? sikhism describes temptation as feelings, e,g lust anger greed attachment and ego. this is the human condition,, what is the need for a separate entity or "devil" books in Iraq have been found which show the roots to Christianity. A civilisation called the sumerians, have described on tablets a religion which describes "genesis" , and stories very simular to jesus and noah's arch. 6 000 years ago! on the tablets the sumerian gods look simular to hindu gods called the annunaki. Watch - the video and links to this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxGkahOMsmkthis is one reason the usa army invaded iraq- for historical evidence and for resources. feel free to do your research. Sumerians and the Anunnaki
